We are a small office complex that is well established in Southern Maine since 1984. Our office selections run from a small, ‘moving-out-of-the-house-size’ 10’x12’ office to an eight-room office suite and six large storage bays with an occupancy rate that typically runs at 90 to 100 percent. Most of our tenants are local, small service businesses, owned and operated by people living in the community.
