Our Office Sizes

10' x 12' small office on the second floor. Excellent one person starter office. You pay your own heat/electric (previous tenants have found it runs about $25 a month). Currently renting for $150/month.

12' x 14' office on the second floor. This office can handle one full time and one part time person. It is a comfortable size to meet with clients. Heat/electric can be a little more since it has two outside walls. Currently renting for $175/month.

Approximately 12' x 22' (some are only 11. 5' wide and others are up to 24' long). We have this size on both the first and second floors. These are able to accommodate 2 to 3 fulltime people. They come in various configurations, some are divided into 2 rooms, vaulted ceilings with 1 or 2 skylights, and/or big front windows, and some with glass entrance doors. The heat/electric can vary depending on where they are in the building and what you do (reports run from $35 to $60). These are currently renting for $300/month.

28' x 24' three room office suite. Second floor and lots of windows, bright sunny office. Heat/electric not included. Divided into two 12' x 14' offices and a larger reception/office area with closet. $425/month.

28' x 24' three room office suite.  First floor, with interior stairs to a 24 ' x 52' basement with overhead door access. Heat and air conditioning included. $650/month

28' x 48' eight room office suite. First floor, reception area, bath, private entrance, closets Heat/electric not included. $1000/month.

Storage bays are approximately 13' x 28' with IO' ceilings and entrance via an overhead door. Even though they are unheated there is electricity (light and plugs). These are currently being leased at $150/month.
