We meet and greet your customers and clients at the front desk then direct them to your office.
Take and relay messages for you
Sort your mail.
Sign for (or refuse) incoming packages.
Answer an extension of your telephone when you are out.

UPS supplies, packing and shipping are done right from the front desk. 

To save on a large expense and maintenance, there is a copier available 24 hours a day for tenants (billed monthly on per use basis). 

Also a fax service is available (especially handy for those times when yours is in the shop or you just can’t get it to go through). 

Front desk also offers typing (a real typewriter for those preprinted forms), and word processing of your business correspondence.

With all these in-house services you can start up your business with nothing more than and a desk, a chair and a telephone!
